Dilek DÖNMEZ, after completing her undergraduate education at Marmara University, Insurance Department, she worked in various positions in the market for 12 years; Allianz Sigorta A.Ş., MAPFRE Genel Sigorta A.Ş. GRC Howden Reinsurance Broker are the companies that she worked for.

Prior to joining PrioRe team, Samet has worked for Nasco Insurance & Reinsurance Broking as Reinsurance Broker, Doğa Sigorta as Reinsurance & Special Risks Supervisor, KMD Insurance & Reinsurance Broking as Reinsurance & Special Risks Senior Specialist Gulf Sigorta as Property & Engineering Underwriting Assistant Manager and lastly Rönesans Insurance & Reinsurance Broking as Director of Reinsurance & Corporate Risks.
